Regional Energy/Climate Planner Role
The Regional Energy/Climate Planner will play a key role in two program areas. Working in collaboration with member agencies, SDG&E, and other stakeholders, this position will assist with local energy/climate planning and other measures to reduce energy and/or GHG emissions. The second component of this role is to support coordination of the SANDAG intergovernmental review (IGR) program, which emphasizes the need for land use and transportation coordination across the San Diego Region. This is a Limited-Term employment opportunity and is expected to be funded through October 2018. Limited-Term employees are considered to be “at-will” and receive many of the benefits of regular employees.
