What do Municipal Energy Benchmarking, Municipal Readiness Reports and Advanced Project Assistance have in common?

These, and much more, are all offered by the METU program!

What do these fancy words mean?
Municipal Energy Benchmarking = Data Analytics
Municipal Readiness Reports = Project Pipeline
Advanced Project Assistance = Project Management (cat herding)

Who has the staffing and resources to dedicate to energy projects?
We do!

Call us!  Our goal is to remove the barriers to energy efficiency, save money, repeat.  It’s that simple!

What are some benefits other than energy savings?
-          Make work spaces safer
-          Turn your office into a “smart” building
-          Automate energy efficiency efforts so you can focus on your work
-          Increase the useful life of your lighting equipment by reducing usage

For additional information on lighting controls, please see the link at the bottom of this post to download PG&E’s Guide to Lighting Controls and Occupancy Sensors.

Another Business Case for Energy Efficiency

Are you postponing Energy Efficiency Projects?
If you answered “yes”, stop procrastinating! The cost of holding off for another year could be substantial. On average, 30 cents of every dollar that organizations spend on energy use in commercial buildings is wasted through inefficiencies. How much money is your organization wasting?
Not sure where to start?
We will help you through 3 steps to achieve your goals:
Energy Benchmarking – the first step to energy management is energy measurement.
Readiness Reports – project pipeline; identify and prioritize high savings projects
Advanced Project Assistance – help to herd the “cats”.
Call us!  Our goal is to remove the barriers to energy efficiency, save money, repeat.
It’s that simple!
